As referenced in the May 2019 web posting, two sets of letters were issued in June.
One set of letters was the Pre-Approval Letter. These were sent to households verified by the CLEAR Batch system. Recipients of this letter do not need to verify residency this summer.
The other set of letters was the Residency Verification Required Letter. These were sent to (1.) households with insufficient or inconsistent public records and (2.) randomly selected households that were pre-approved by the CLEAR Batch system. Recipients of this letter must verify residency this summer. Residency verification is available online or in person.
If you have not verified residency, you will have to bring your four original documents (listed at the bottom of this page) and a valid ID to the District Office for verification of residency. Once you verify residency, you may progress to your school building (fee waiver or payment, health, textbooks, photos, Chromebooks, etc) to complete your student's enrollment in the District. Family liaisons are also available upon request.
