Residency Approval/Verification – Summer 2022

Two sets of letters were emailed today. If you did not receive an email, please contact your registrar.

One set of letters was the Pre-Approval Letter. These were sent to households verified by the CLEAR Batch system. Recipients of this letter do not need to verify residency this summer.

The other set of letters was the Residency Verification Required Letter. These were sent to households who fall into one of two groups: (1) the CLEAR Batch system identified inconsistent or insufficient public records or (2) you have been randomly selected to provide documentation. Upon request, family liaisons are available for language assistance.
