The District is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations for a hosted and redesigned website environment, including content management software, conversion, installation, training, and ongoing support.
Proposals shall be submitted in writing and must be received by the District’s Information Technology office by February 3rd, 2023 at 4:00 PM CDT. District 219 will only accept electronic proposals. The received date of the proposal shall be the date and time the District receives the email. Bidders are responsible for having proposals submitted on time, to the correct email address, and assume all risk of late delivery.

2023 D219 Wirless RFP
The purpose of the RFP is to solicit proposals from vendors for equipment required to replace or upgrade the Districts current wireless infrastructure. There is a base proposal, with an installation option that would include the cost for the physical installation of the access points (configuration required). General information about the District can be found on the District’s website at https://www.niles-hs.k12.il.us. The District requires 30 students each with two devices per classroom. These devices will be a combination of District-owned and personal devices.
Proposals must be submitted to the District by 11/29/2022, 1 PM CST. The date and time of receipt shall be the time that the District’s email system receives the email with the proposal. Vendors shall allow time for electronic transmission.

- Any RFPs received after the due date or time will not be considered. No exceptions allowed
- All RFP’s must be in accordance with the conditions and instructions provided herein
- All proposals must include a signed copy of the Certification Letter and Hold Harmless
- All Responders must use the templates provided in this RFP
- Responder must provide three (3) school references of the same size or larger than Niles Township High Schools
- The cost of shipping and installation must be included on all proposals.
- Responder is required to have a Service Center and personnel within the State of Illinois
