Niles West is pleased to announce that we now have a new payment drop box in the main Auditorium entrance across from the security desk. This should offer parents a convenient way to drop off fee/fine payments. Parents will now be able to quickly park, run in, and drop off their payments without having to visit the bookkeeper in the main office. No cash payments should be deposited in this drop box. Please continue to bring cash payments to the bookkeeper in the main office so that a receipt of payment can be given. Than you!

As the bookkeeper, I am responsible for the collection of school fees and fines. I assist in the waiver program and student activity fundraising efforts. If necessary, I am happy to set up payment plans for parents. If you have a payment plan that is unpaid from a previous year, payment is due before a new plan can be issued.

Contrary to popular belief, I have nothing to do with textbooks. If you have any questions regarding your student’s textbooks, please call Sandy @ 847/626-2590. Thank you!
