So begins “Dead Man’s Cell Phone,” a wildly imaginative new dark comedy by MacArthur Genius Grant recipient and Pulitzer Prize finalist Sarah Ruhl presented in the Niles West Black Box Theatre at 5701 W. Oakton, Skokie.
